Description
Epsom salt is a natural source of magnesium and sulphur. This salt is suitable for relaxing baths, foot baths and for overall detoxification of the body. Magnesium helps to relax muscles and reduce muscle tension. Thanks to its sulphur content, Epsom salt also contributes to the care of skin prone to skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis and acne. The salt is also suitable for foot baths to neutralise odour.
USE
Pour 250 - 500g of salt into a tub (about 100l of water) and dissolve in warm water. Immerse yourself in the prepared bath and relax. Do not stay in the water for more than 15 - 20 minutes. After the bath, rinse with lukewarm water and then relax for another 10 - 15 minutes on the bed under the blanket.
For detox baths we recommend the following dosage:
Week 1 - 3 times a week - 500g/bath
Week 2 - 3 times a week - 500g/bath
Week 3 - 2 x per week - 500g/bath
Week 4 - 2 x per week - 500g/pellet

Keep the unused quantity of the product in an airtight container. Any wetting, hardening or dissolving of the product is a natural process and does not affect its quality.
