Description
The mineral salt from the Dead Sea contains an extremely high proportion of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and only 5.5% of the volume is sodium chloride. It is processed directly at the Dead Sea in Israel. The baths help to reduce muscle tension and stress, bringing a sense of relaxation and release. Bathing in this salt has a positive effect on the regeneration and revitalization of the skin, giving it minerals and elasticity. This salt also contributes to the care of skin prone to skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis and acne. Due to its high mineral content, the baths also have a beneficial effect on musculoskeletal problems, joint problems and rheumatism.
USE
Pour 250 - 450g of salt into a tub (about 100l of water) and dissolve in warm water. Immerse yourself in the prepared bath and relax. Do not stay in the water for more than 15 - 20 minutes. After the bath, rinse with lukewarm water and then relax for another 10 - 15 minutes on the bed under the blanket.
